This is a wiki designed for sharing resources and information to help in mathematics teaching for teachers with a focus on secondary schools

HomePage

This wiki was started by PGCE students at the University of Bedfordshire in 2009.
Use the contents, improve them and re-upload them.
Add your own, new content.

What you can do in this Site

Anyone who is registered can edit pages, add pages and upload files to pages (teaching resources and pictures, for example). Registering is free. E-mails are not divulged or sold to anyone. You are not chased by advertising and, apart from an e-mail address, you require no personal information to register. Note that Internet Explorer is harder to use when editing than other browsers - for the best experience, try using Firefox(external link), Omniweb(external link), Google Chrome(external link) (nice SVG and PDF viewing support) or Safari(external link) (with SVG and PDF support, though PDF may be Apple-only) (they are all free and multi-platform, except OmniWeb which is Mac-only). There are details of other browsers here(external link).

Please contribute and freely use the contents in your teaching.
Please only attach items that do not include copyright. You can also add links to other sites, but please ensure they are relevant to mathematics teaching.

Create a free login to be able to edit or attach new items (everything you can download from this site is free).

  • If you are not logged in, you can still get to the File Galleries.
  • Discussion groups are in the Forums.

How to Find Things

  • If you are looking for a particular topic, try using Search in the menu on the left (only available once you are logged in) or try the By Topic page.
  • If you log in, the File Galleries appear in the menu on the left where you can share and download files and resources, rather than going through the pages (though not all the attached files to pages are there).
